A.S.B
On Tuesday we had our financial literacy session. A guy that was
from A.S.B he talked to us about how we should save money and use our money for
things that we need not things we just want but don’t need.
He talked to us about CAR which stands for Clear, Achievable and
Realistic. He got three people up in front and they pretended they had different
jobs. He said that it doesn't matter what job it is as long as you’re
passionate about it. The guy also mentioned things about taxes, interests,
employer rights and other things. He said that we should keep a picture of what
we want to buy so we can get motivated. There was something he wanted us to
remember and that was “Spend some on you and save some too”
After the lesson I realized that I should really change my mind
about spending my money straight away. In the future I’m going to save money
for something I really want/need. I’m gonna keep a picture in my wallet of
what I want so I can remind myself to do the right thing and save my money. I
will defiantly remember to “Spend some on you and save some too”.
Are you going to “Spend some on you and save some too”?
